These terms define the relationship between your firm and the Mouhami platform: what we commit to, and what we ask of you. Read them the way you read a contract — because that is what they are.
Your files and your drafting are yours. We do not use them commercially or to train our systems.
The platform is a drafting tool; the content of every document is the responsibility of the signing lawyer.
Cancel whenever you like, and export your entire archive before you leave.
These terms are governed by Algerian law and the courts of Algiers.
“The platform” means the Mouhami service available on the web and through mobile apps. “The user” is the subscribing lawyer or firm. “Content” covers every text, recording or document the user creates inside the platform.
The platform transcribes voice dictation and shapes it inside Algerian court-document templates, and manages matters, hearings and fees. It is a drafting and organisation tool; it provides no legal advice and does not replace the lawyer's professional judgement. Responsibility for the content of every filed document remains with the lawyer who signs it.
The account is opened in the name of a lawyer registered with the bar association. The firm owner is responsible for inviting users and setting their roles, and for all activity carried out through the firm's accounts. Login credentials are personal and may not be shared.
Prices are stated in Algerian dinars per seat, plus value-added tax at the applicable rate. The free trial is 14 days with no card. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, and renewal can be stopped before that date at no charge.
The user undertakes to use the platform within the scope of their profession, not to enter unlawful content, and to check every document before filing it. Using the platform to provide legal services in the name of anyone other than the subscribing lawyer is prohibited.
The platform, its templates and its software remain the property of Mouhami. The user's documents and the content of their files remain entirely theirs; we do not use them for any commercial purpose, nor to train our systems, without express written consent.
We understand that a lawyer's files are covered by professional secrecy. Technical access to your data is limited to the cases required for maintenance, recorded in a log showing every access, and covered by a confidentiality undertaking from every member of our team.
We do everything we can to keep the service running and the transcription accurate, without guaranteeing perfection. The platform is not answerable for a missed deadline, for a document filed with wrong or incomplete content, or for an outage caused by force majeure or by a telecoms provider.
The user may end their subscription at any time. Their data remains fully exportable for 90 days after termination, then is permanently deleted. We may terminate an account where use breaches these terms, after formal notice.
These terms are governed by Algerian law. Any dispute is first submitted to amicable settlement, failing which to the competent courts of Algiers.
